The new manager Brandt keeps everything chilled out and is quick to respond to queries and maintenance issues. During winters snow was regularly cleared and I didn’t have any issues with driving in and out. Rooms are clean and they also entirely depend on your roommates. The plus point is that having a place here gives you access to all the Rexburg Housing clubhouses around this place.”
